Dime at the Door
08/16/08 Saturday I had a pool party for my son. After the party, as I was cleaning up, there was a single dime at the front door on the floor of my kitchen. Right in the middle of the doorway.

My first intuition was that some one is trying to give her a message & she's NOT listening, I mean like shut the door, turn out the light, and be quiet & still & LISTEN. It's 08/28/08 <-- wow what a date, & the date 08/08/08 @ 8:08am & pm kinda freaked me out. ,-- different story different time. So if you could let me know of anything I would appreciate it very much. >Kim This is the 3rd time I'm written a comment so if you see a repeat my bad cause I cant find my comment anywhere..Well any way It has been about 2wks since this Dime & penny thing was brought to my attention by my sister, who head it from some one..& she's asked me what is it about is it bad is it good what does it mean...Now I had to go looking so I found your POST, wow Finally something I can't answer, so of course I have to research it cause I must have answers...lol..so I can help my sistr relax. My intial intuition was that it's a warning from the good side or some one passed has a message & we're not paying enough attention to the message, so I told Sis to close the door turn off lights & be still & quiet & listen, other than that watch for signs any kind the song on the rdio or the time or the date, anything but watch & listen. I couldn't reda all your posts comments I couldn't even believe it when I found your post & that it goes back to 2005,WOW. oh ya duh The story in short, Sis left work last yesterday, opened up first & on the path to her office boom, there was a dime. Thank you Kim for creating this blog!! I knew there was something special about the fact that I keep finding dimes! Whenever I'm on one of my "Dime Excursions" it usually happens in tens! Meaning, I would find one dime every single day for ten straight days. I have had that happen three times over the last four years. At first I thought it was highly unusual, then I began to think about it more in depth. I often asked people what they thought it meant that I keep finding dimes like that, and no one seemed to have a clue. I used to think it was a sign that my deceased father was watching over me. He passed away over 10 years ago on the 10th day of the month. Then I thought it was a sign that my grandmother, who passed away less than a year ago, was watching over me also. She was born in October, which is the 10th month of the year. As I continue to dig deeper into this strange phenomenon of finding dimes, and the circumstances that normally surround the occurrences that they happen, I realized that it happens when a major "CHANGE" is about to take place in my life....usually involving a 'move' of some sort. I was forced to leave my home a few weeks ago....directly in the midst of one of my "Dime Excursions." The eviction was declared on October 1st! That was day eight of me finding dimes. A few hours after coming from court on that same dreadful day, I was walking out of a CVS store and found dime number nine right on the ground by the exit door. I feel immensely blessed to finding dimes. I read that finding dimes is a sign that I will be a very wealthy woman one day!! I LOVE IT!!! I just bought a dime necklace to signify the blessed woman I know I am.
